How can I make a reservation?

You can book by sending an e-mail to flykapadokyaballoons.com and we will be happy to make a preliminary reservation for you and answer any further questions you may have. You can also download a Credit Card Payment Form or we can send you one by email. You can then complete the form and send it back by fax to +90 (0) 384 271 25 86. When we receive the completed form, your reservation will be confirmed. We will not expect to charge the card, but to hold it as a guarantee for the space you have reserved until we meet on the morning of the flight.

How much does it cost?

The single passenger fare is 175 EUR. We are happy to accept payment in most major currencies and we accept most major debit and credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation of the flight due to bad weather conditions, we will make a full refund of any money paid. You may cancel your reservation in writing up to 24 hours before the flight date with no charge, or you can change the date of your flight (subject to availability) by calling (0384) 271 2442. In case no cancellation is made, it will be regarded as a no-show and you will be charged in full.

Kapadokya Balloons reserves the right to change or modify its fees; subject to the changes that may occur in various charges in Turkey, such as fuel prices, taxes etc and fluctuations in exchange rates that could have any direct effect on our general costs.
